Dean Harris
Playing musical instruments since the age of 7, where he was first introduced to the drums, after many years of playing the drums, Dean also started to take interest in the keyboards, and guitar at 15.
Playing by “ear” teaching himself by listening to his favourite bands & players, he decided to take the plunge and educate himself by studying at Guildford’s ACM Music College.
Once back from ACM he joined Bon Giovi, started teaching from home, and set up his own backing track service, playing all the instruments himself for various acts all over the world.
David Bryan
Wayne Harris
A formidable keyboard player and singer with a powerful 4 and 1/2 octave vocal range, Waynes role in Bon Giovi is as pivotal as that of his idol David Bryan of Bon Jovi, adding colour and emotion to the music with the hundreds of voices from his ever growing collection of keyboards.
Wayne also gives local piano and keyboard lessons to people who live in his hometown of Swindon.
Wayne also keeps in contact with David Bryan from Bon Jovi via email, who has helped him a lot with “Keyboardy” type things over his years of being in Bon Giovi.
Tico Torres
James Wright
Born 1980 in Oxford, James started his drumming journey aged 11, with his very first drum lesson at school. His parents, hired Gino Washingtons drummer to continue his teaching.
At age 14, James had the opportunity to tour with his parents band.After gaining valuable experience with other bands, James joined Alibi, who were featured in several music magazines and were eventually signed.
After Alibi disbanded, James continued to further develop his skills with a variety of bands until 2008, when there was an opportunity for him to join BonGiovi. Knowing how busy the gig schedule was, he chose to leave his full-time job and started to teach drums part time, along side gigging over the weekends.
Outside BonGiovi, James likes riding his motorcycle, collecting vintage StarWars toys and going to the gym. James is also known as ‘Mouse’, a nickname given to him by the BonGiovi boys, after the cartoon character ‘mighty mouse’.
Hugh McDonald
Lee Francis
January 2018, Lee was welcomed into the Bon Giovi family to fill the snakeskin boots of Bassist, Hugh McDonald.
With over 20 years industry experience collaborating and sharing the stage with an abundance of talent, Lee has gained a strong reputation amongst his peers as a versatile, reliable and dedicated musician.
October 2016, Lee was awarded an honours degree from the School of Audio Engineering in Oxford, a skillset that perfectly compliments life on the road as a touring musician.
Lee continues to dedicate his life to writing, performing and producing music. In addition to performing with Bon Giovi, he applies his knowledge and experience as a Music Teacher at The School of Rock and Pop in Oxford.
